Stop losing deals to “I forgot to follow up”
Most revenue is not lost to competitors. It is lost when a conversation ends with “I’ll call you Monday” and nobody does. Pipevale keeps every client, every next step and every deadline in one place.

What it actually does
Pipelines that show where deals stall
Drag deals across stages on a board. Weighted forecast multiplies each deal by its stage probability, so the number you plan against is the realistic one — not the optimistic sum.
Nothing falls through
Every contact carries a next step with a date. Tasks are tied to records and deals, reminders arrive in-app and by email, and a filter shows anyone who has gone quiet for too long.
Automations without a developer
When a record is created, a deal changes stage, a field changes or a webhook arrives — create a task, move a stage, assign an owner round-robin, post a comment, call an API, generate a PDF.
Your structure, not ours
Folders with your own fields: text, number, currency, date, select, relation, formula, rollup, rating, progress. Views saved with filters and shared with the team.
Reports you actually read
Funnel by count and by value, conversion between stages, performance per manager, lead sources, pipeline velocity. Saved once, opened every Monday.
Access you control
Four built-in roles plus custom ones with your own permission set. Field- and folder-level rights. Every create, change and delete is written to an audit log with the author and time.
What it does not do
We would rather lose you on this page than a month after you paid.
- No mobile apps yet — the web app is responsive, but there is nothing in the App Store.
- Email is send-only. We do not read your inbox: two-way Gmail requires a yearly security assessment we have not taken.
- No marketplace with a thousand connectors. There is a REST API, webhooks and CSV import from the usual CRMs.
- The interface is Ukrainian and English. Other languages are not there.
Built in Ukraine
Pipevale is made by a small team, and you talk to the people who write the code. Your data is hosted in the EU, encrypted, with role-based access, an audit log and regular backups.
