Terms of Service

By registering for or using Pipevale (the “service”) you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Pipevale is a CRM for managing sales, communication and automation. We may improve, change or discontinue individual features, aiming not to reduce the core value of the service.

You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for what happens under it. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication. Tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. Accounts are for real people; automatically created accounts may be removed.

By using the service you agree not to:

• break the law or infringe the rights of others;
• send spam or unsolicited bulk messages;
• attempt to break, overload or circumvent the protections of the service;
• upload malicious code or unlawful content;
• resell or give third parties access to the service outside your workspace without our consent.

The data you put into the CRM belongs to you. You grant Pipevale a limited licence to process and store it solely to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to process that data — including your own clients’ data — and for doing so lawfully. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Deleted records go to the Trash first and can be restored, then are permanently removed. After you close your account we delete your data within a reasonable period, except what we are required by law to keep (payment records, for example). More detail is in the Privacy Policy.

The service can connect to external providers (Google, Telegram, a payment provider, an AI provider). Their use is also governed by that provider’s terms. You grant and revoke this access yourself.

Some features are paid. Plan terms are shown before you subscribe. The trial requires no card and no automatic charge. Payments are processed by WayForPay; a subscription may renew automatically until you cancel it. Refund terms are on the refund page.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation and disclaim implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. We do make reasonable efforts to keep the service stable, secure and your data intact.

To the extent permitted by law, Pipevale is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profit or lost data. Pipevale’s total liability under any claim does not exceed the amount you actually paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to reimburse Pipevale for reasonable losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms, unlawful use of the service, or infringement of third-party rights through your content or actions.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these terms, giving advance notice where possible. After termination, the retention and deletion provisions in section 6 apply.

We are not liable for failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control — natural disasters, acts of war, power or internet outages, actions of suppliers and similar events.

We may update these terms. We will announce material changes on the site or in the app and update the date above. Continuing to use the service means accepting the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. The parties will seek to resolve disputes through negotiation; failing that, in the manner provided by Ukrainian law.

This English text is a translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Ukrainian version of these terms prevails.
